A 3 year Business Enhancement Project liaising and integrating with the onsite personnel to assist in the company acquiring FDA approval as well as to facilitate a new product launch.
Working closely with the Clients Engineering Manager our Senior Project Manager recruited and assembled a team of 14 multidiscipline engineers to implement many diverse manufacturing, operational and procedural projects on the site. These included; New WFI system upgrade, laboratories, offices, several Industrial 40ft Fridge and Freezer units. Existing building /office/laboratory Refurbishments.
Members of the team revised Asset Management, Preventative and Operational Maintenance procedures then configured and implemented a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) initially on a Maximo CMMS Operating Platform which was later transferred to a SAP CMMS.
The existing Site CAD system was upgraded and reconfigured with revision of all drawing procedures to ensure Regulatory Compliance.
